Showstopper Gear - Influencer Marketing and Social Media
Showstopper Gear was a niche e-commerce brand servicing an online community of ice hockey goalies. This project was a joint effort by myself and two colleagues who saw a large opportunity in the market place given the success of broader hockey brands like GongShow and BarDown.
This project included the creation of a Shopify website, branded visual assets including social media content and apparel designs.
Additionally, a bootstrap influencer marketing strategy was executed which prioritized micro-influencers and resulted in multiple sales on a commission basis. A parody infomercial was created for an awareness campaign leveraging social media advertising but received limited spend and results.
